Items purchased from www.cherryclub.in may be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of dispatch if they are returned undamaged in their original packaging. A completed Returns Form should be included when returning the item(s), failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your refund.
CHERRY CLUB will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit and recommend you use an insured and traceable method of postage.
www.cherryclub.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. After dispatch moral responsibility to buy. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
CHERRY CLUB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/ or payment been received. For all the cancelled orders, if the payment is already received by us, we shall initiate a refund of the Full Amount if the fault is at our end. However, if the order is cancelled because of any reason whatsoever that is not because of our fault, you are liable to pay cancellation charges depending on the transaction amount & product ordered.
